You can pay our VPS with PayPal in two different ways:
Onetime PayPal Payments: You pay each invoice individually and manually via PayPal. In our customer area, select the open invoice and click on "Checkout with PayPal". You will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website where you can complete the payment.
PayPal Subscription: You set up the PayPal subscription once and then pay automatically recurring invoice (e.g. monthly) with the same amount fully automatically.
If you cancel your VPS, we will cancel your PayPal Subscription for you.
You can pay your invoices with SEPA Credit Transfer in Euro. The required bank details are printed on our invoices.
For our customers in the Euro-zone with also offer SEPA Direct Debit payments.
Unlike our other payment options, your VPS is not automatically suspended and remains online even if a Direct Debit payment could not be collected.
If you pay by Direct Debit, your invoice is due on the 1st of the month. If you already have a VPS with a different due date, you will receive your VPS free of charge during the conversion phase.
If you would like to participate in SEPA Direct Debit payments, please download our form for the SEPA Basic Direct Debit Mandate, fill it in, sign it and send it to us as a scan (for example as a PDF) or picture.
